Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Shambhuganj P.S.Case No.199 of 2019 dated 25.8.2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that the informant had issued a cheque of Rs.01 lac in favour of the contractor which was manipulated.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that for the same he had filed Shambhuganj P.S.case No.160 of 2017 and now after two years the present case has been lodged against the petitioner . Petitioner is ready to co-operate in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.181 of 2020(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 investigation.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Banka in connection with Shambhuganj P.S.Case No.199 of 2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with furthe condition to co-operate in the investigation and appear before the I.O within ten days of his release and co-operate in the investigaiton.
