2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for deliberate and intentional violation of the order dated 16.07.2024 passed in CWJC NO. 2452 of 2023 directing the concerned respondent

Patna High Court MJC No.82 of 2025(3) dt.10-10-2025 2/2 i.e. the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram that he shall take up the petitioner's matter and after hearing all the necessary parties shall pass a reasoned order preferable within a period of four months from the date, the petition alongwith their documents is/are received in the office."

3. The Court directed the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram to look into the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order.

4. A show-cause has come on behalf of the opposite party nos. 4 to 7, according to which, the reasoned order has been passed on 12.03.2025 (Annexure-P to the show cause).

5. This Court is convinced that an order has been passed.

6. Granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate the matter, if he so wants, the MJC No. 82 of 2025 stands disposed of.
