2. It appears from the previous order dated 03.02.2023 that no one had appeared on behalf of the appellants and by way of last indulgence the time was granted to take appropriate steps but the said order has not been complied with.

3. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing this appeal. It also appears from the record that the appeal value is less than Rs. 10 lacs. The appeal could not lie before this Court but before the concerned District Judge.

4. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this appeal is dismissed for default with permission to the appellants to file appeal before the appropriate Court in accordance with law.
