1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.I. For issuance of Writ or Writs in the nature of certiorari the Appointment Letter, dated 12.07.2019 which was given to a non- eligible candidate through a process of Selection made without a President of the Selection Committee in a manipulated manner wherein only 2 members completed the process despite
Patna High Court CWJC No.2507 of 2024(2) dt.07-03-2024 2/3 objection raised by the President herself about the eligibility of the candidate who was chosen favourite of the Secretary / Supervisor.
II. For issuance of Writ or Writs in the nature of Certiorari quashing the Order dated 07.09.2023 passed by Commissioner, Magadh Division, Gaya, in Anganbadi Appeal Case No. 204 of 2022 whereby it was held that the Appointment of Respondent No. 9 is fair and correct, clearly ignoring the Mandates established by Law and directions of State Government.
III. For issuance of Writ or Writs in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent No. 7 and 8 to terminate the employment of Respondent No. 9, as her Certificates were not verified within the year from submission of those certificates, which is mandatory procedure established by Government of Bihar.
IV. For issuance of Writ or Writs in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent No. 7 and 8 to appoint the Petitioner on the Post of Anganbadi Sewika for which she is legally entitled."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.2507 of 2024(2) dt.07-03-2024 3/3 seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
