The petitioner is accused in connection with Bochaha P.S. Case No. 151 of 2002, registered under Section 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case mere on suspicion that before two days of the occurrence, he was wandering at the place of occurrence. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent is in custody since 25.07.2016, but he has not been put on I.T.P for identification.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7330 of 2017 (2) dt.09-03-2017 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Addl. Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Bochaha P.S. Case No. 151 of 2002 (S.T. No. 406 of 2016).
