Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 93 of 2014 registered under Sections-304B, 201,497 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are Gotanis of the deceased, whose marriage was admittedly solemnized in the year, 1999 and the present case was lodged in the year, 2014. It is surprisingly enough that police registered the case u/S 304(B) & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and the learned Sessions Judge also observed in the impugned order that police found the case true u/S 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Moreover, the informant has already filed a petition before the Judicial Magistrate, Supaul to this effect that he lodged the case under misconception.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5740 of 2015 (2) dt.11-02-2015 2/2 Considering the above-said facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, the petitioners named-above, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 93 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Supaul subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
