Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Forbesganj P.S.Case No.914 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 379, 427, 385, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is against one Md. Rehan of taking away of Rs.80,000/- . Petitioner is also named in the FIR. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case and the specific allegation is against the petitioner as well as the dispute arose with the

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S.Case No.914 of 2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
