2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 80(2), 103(1)/34 of the the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. It is a case of dowry death. Informant's daughter was married to Aftab Ansari on 28.7.2021. Later on, accused persons started subjecting her to cruelty and harassment due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry. After sometime, accused persons killed informant's daughter.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against them. Petitioner no.1 is brother-in-law of the deceased, whereas petitioner no.2 is wife of petitioner no.1. It is further submitted that these petitioners are separate in mess and business. Thrust

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.658 of 2025(2) dt.10-02-2025 2/2 of allegation is against the husband of the deceased who is already in custody.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Sheikhpura in Mahuli Police Station Case No. 51 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
