The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 31.10.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 51852 of 2018, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Raniganj P.S. case No.54 of 2018 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria and the petitioner was directed to surrender and furnish bail bond in the court below within a period of six weeks. Due to inadvertence, in the order dated 31.10.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.51852 of 2018, the resident of village of the petitioner has wrongly been mentioned as "Jhala Baluwa", whereas it should have been "village Kamalpur, Ward No.13".

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2707 of 2019(2) dt.15-02-2019 2/2 Let in the order dated 31.10.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.51852 of 2018, the resident of village of the petitioner be read as "village Kamalpur, Ward No.13" in place of "Jhala Baluwa".

It is submitted on behalf of the counsel for the petitioners that further time may be extended so that the petitioner could surrender and furnish bail bond in the court below.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender of the petitioners in the court below is extended for a further period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The rest of the conditions stipulated in the order well be same.

The order dated 31.10.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 51852 of 2018, is modified to the extent as indicated above. (Sudhir Singh, J) Narendra/- U T
