The petitioner was apprehended and from his possession one loaded country made pistol and one live cartridge were recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail for more than five months. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is stated in paragraph three of the bail petition. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in jail for more than five months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Ranjan Kumar Mishr, J.M. Ist Class, Munger in East Colony P.S. Case No. 48 of 2014.
