Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No.105 of 2017, registered under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the father of the boy with whom the daughter of the informant had eloped and married, the girl also accepted this fact in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and she is major. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Suresh Paswan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
