2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chausa P.S. Case No. 169 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 307, 354(B), 379, 504, 506/34of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the petitioner who is bhaisur of the informant asked her to involve in wrongful conduct with him and when she refused, he abused her and assaulted on her head by iron rod. Co-accused Nutan Devi snatched golden earring and silver chain from her. The petitioner no. 2 assaulted husband of the informant with lathi.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that both the parties are agnates. There is case and counter case and the injuries are simple in nature. He has submitted further that the petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Chausa P.S. Case No. 169 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) CrPC. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) SONALI/- U T
