JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 29-03-2018 Heard Mr. Rajesh Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to AAG-6. The present Writ application has been for a direction to the respondent authorities to construct the ticket booking room at the Triveniganj Bus Depot which has been demolished by the order of Deputy Development Commissioner - cum- Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Supaul. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that at the Bus Depot, Triveniganj, a ticket booking building consisting of two rooms was constructed by Bihar State

Patna High Court CWJC No.4339 of 2018 (2) dt.29-03-2018 Road Transport Corporation and it was also being used by the private bus operators and by the public at large, but surprisingly on 01.03.2018 at 10.00 P.M. said booking building was demolished and against the said demolition the petitioner submitted representation on 05.03.2018 before the Divisional Commissioner, Saharsa, as contained in Annexure-1, copy thereof was also copied to District Magistrate, Supaul, but no action has been taken till date.

Learned AC to AAG-6 submits that the writ application may be disposed of directing the Divisional Commissioner, Saharsa to dispose of the representation of the petitioner.

Considering the rival submission of the parties, particularly, the nature of relief prayed for, it is expected from Divisional Commissioner, Koshi Division, Saharsa, respondent no. 3 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner with reasoned order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of.
