Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The allegation against the petitioner is to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant for selling her. It has also been alleged that the petitioner has been putting pressure to sign on the sale deed which was refused by him and had threatened that he would kill the son and daughter of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is civil dispute between both the parties. After investigation chargesheet has already been submitted.

Considering the facts and circumstances and the fact that the victim, minor daughter of the informant, is still traceless, in my opinion, the petitioner does not deserve bail at this stage. Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Amaresh Kumar Lal, J) sudip/- U T
