The petitioner is languishing in custody since 08.08.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that during travelling in the train the petitioner snatched gold chain of the wife of the informant. The petitioner was apprehended on the spot.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was apprehended only on suspicion as no recovery has been made from the petitioner. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.5618 of 2015 (02) dt.13-02-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Kiul (Lakhisarai) in connection with Kiul Rail P.S. Case No. 74 of 2014.
