JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 16.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Admittedly, petitioner is full brother of the informant and there is case and counter case between the parties. Moreover, altogether, five injuries were found on the person of the informant and only two injuries are said to be dangerous for his life and the rest injuries are simple in nature.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri
