JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN) 13-08-2019 Heard Mr. Rajeev Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ranjan Kumar, learned AC to GA-12 for the State.

The petitioner prayed for a direction to the respondent authorities for construction of the school building on a plot bearing Khata No. 86, Khesra No. 691, admeasuring 28 decimals in Mauja Dhanwah in the district of Lakhisarai which was donated by one Rajendra Verma for the purpose of Middle School.

A counter affidavit is filed and Mr. Ranjan Kumar,

Patna High Court CWJC No.6691 of 2018(3) dt.13-08-2019 2/2 learned AC to GA-12 with reference to the statement at paragraph 4 submits that vide letter no. 651 dated 20.12.2018 the Head Master, Government Middle School has been directed to construct the school building on the plot in question which has been approved by the District Magistrate, Lakhisarai. In such view of the matter, we do not think that the matter requires any further consideration.

The writ petition is disposed of.
