The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kursakanta P.S. Case No. 295 of 2019, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The accusation is of recovery of 53 bottles, each containing 300 ml Nepali Saufi wine in a sack on the motorcycle, while two persons present on the motorcycle started to flee away, but, petitioner was apprehended, who disclosed his name Subodh Kumar.

Submission is that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, he is also not the owner of the motorcycle and is in custody since 17.11.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on
