Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302,201, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier also, petitioner had moved this Court for grant of regular bail which was rejected vide Annexue 1 with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completing one and half year in jail custody.

Allegation against the petitioner is of committing murder of his own mother along with FIR named accused. Vide order dated 28.07.2021, a report was called from court below with regard to stage of trial. The report has come

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15397 of 2021(3) dt.22-09-2021 2/2 which is kept at Flag A in which it has been stated that case is pending for framing of charges.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. However, after framing of charges, petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
