2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Mahuli P.S. Case No. 51 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 80(2), 103(1) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per allegation, the marriage of the daughter of the informant was solemnized with Aftab Ansasri. Thereafter, the accused persons started demanding dowry and due to nonfulfillment, they committed dowry death of the deceased.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He has no concerned with the day to day affairs of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1259 of 2025(2) dt.15-02-2025 2/2 the couple. He has also submitted that when informant came to know the real fact, he has compromised the case. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and he is under custody since 25.11.2024.

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially the clean antecedent of the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Sheikhpura in connection with Mahuli P.S. Case No. 51 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
