2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 80(2), 103(1), 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., the petitioner, who is husband of the deceased, is alleged to have participated with other co-accused persons in killing daughter of informant for dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case merely because he happens to be husband of the deceased. F.I.R. has been lodged with oblique motive only with a view to settle personal score with petitioner and other family members. As a matter of fact, due to family feud, the deceased got enraged and committed suicide. Now, the matter has been compromised between the parties and after compromise, both

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.388 of 2025(4) dt.16-05-2025 2/2 parties do not want to proceed with the case. In support of the same, compromise petition has been annexed with this petition, as Annexure P/3 to the petition. The petitioner is in custody since 25.11.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the informant does not dispute and confirms the fact regarding compromise between the parties.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let this petitioner, as named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Sheikhpura in connection with Mahuli P.S. Case No. 51 of 2024.
