JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-07-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 26.10.2018 passed in Case No. 113 of 2018 by the Assistant Inspector General, Registration, Patna Division, Patna, but the learned counsel for petitioner has limited his prayer to grant of liberty to the petitioner to assail the same by filing an appeal under Section 47-(A)(4) of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899.

The learned counsel for the RespondentState has got no objection.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1022 of 2019(3) dt.11-07-2022 2/2 Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to assail the aforesaid order dated 26.10.2018 by filing appropriate appeal and in case, such an appeal is filed within a period of six weeks from today, the appellate authority shall decide the same on merits without being impeded by the issue of limitation.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
