The petitioner is languishing in custody since 01.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379/411, 401of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. From the possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol, one live cartridge and cash of Rs.900/- have been recovered.
