Petitioner seeks bail in Khajekala P.S. Case No. 459 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 356, 379, 411/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been arrested merely on suspicion.

In the written report, it is alleged that somebody pickpocketed the informant and took away his wallet. The informant with the help of other persons and shopkeepers apprehended two persons, who disclosed their names as Santosh Kumar and Pappu Kumar. It is further alleged that they returned the purse to the informant.

Petitioner is said to be in custody since 05.12.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna, in connection with Khajekala P.S.
