2. Despite issuance of notice, no one appears on behalf of the O.P. No.2.
3. Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.500(C) of 2023 registered for the offences under Section 498 A of the Indian Penal Code and 4 of D.P Act.
4. The allegation in the complaint is with regard to demand of dowry and torture.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.530 of 2025(5) dt.21-07-2025 2/2 innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The allegations are not correct and as a matter of act, petitioner is ready to reconcile the matter but it seems that the informant is not interested in the same.
6. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned lower Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Complaint Case No.500 (C) of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C/482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
