JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2022 The petitioner has alleged disobedience of this Court's order dated 10.12.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 22551 of 2019 and is seeking initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite parties.

This is not in dispute that the said order dated 10.12.2019, has been put to challenge by the State of Bihar by filing an appeal under the letters patent of this Court giving rise to L.P.A. No. 158 of 2020.

In such view of the matter, in my opinion, no case

Patna High Court MJC No.11 of 2020(3) dt.06-07-2022 2/2 is made out for deliberate disobedience of this Court's order, since the opposite parties have preferred L.P.A. against the said order.

The contempt proceeding stands dropped accordingly.

It goes without saying that the petitioner shall be at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law depending upon the outcome of the letters patent appeal. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) K.K.RAO/- U
