Taking into consideration that petitioner is said to have given fatal blow to the deceased, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial no. 1487/2013 arising out of Jalalgarh P. S. case no. 01/2007 pending in the court of the Addl. Sessions Judge III, Purnea stands rejected.
