2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ramkrishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 718 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 302, 307, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was killed by unknown criminals and the name of the petitioner has come during investigation. In the investigation, it has come that the petitioner's grandfather(Nana) and one more person were killed by Ranjan Kumar and another person and in retaliation of the same, the petitioner and others have killed Ranjan Kumar.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 15.01.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

He further submits that two witnesses have been examined in the trial and they have said nothing against the petitioner. He further submits that except for the confessional statement of the petitioner, nothing has come against the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-XXIX, Patna/concerned Court below in connection with Sessions Trial No. 1294 of 2025 arising out of Ramkrishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 718 of 2023. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
