2. Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Belsand P.S. Case No. 10 of 2023 dated 16.01.2023, registered for the offence punishable u/s 302/34 of the IPC, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Sitamarhi.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if petitioner surrenders before the learned
