The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 586 of 2019, registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that it would appear from the first information report that on the basis of the fardbeyan of Ganesh Yadav, Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 586 of 2019 was instituted on 24.06.2019 for offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code against unknown. In course of investigation, the police apprehended the petitioner mere on suspicion as he is accused in three cases in which he is on bail and got recorded his confessional statement showing his involvement in the present case. The petitioner is in custody since 01.07.2019 and except confessional statement no other material has been collected by

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 586 of 2019 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria.
