2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issued raised in the present writ application is squarely covered by the judgment dated 24.06.2023 of this Court passed in C.W.J.C. No.15299 of 2015 and other analogous cases.

3. In such view of the matter, the petitioners are

Patna High Court CWJC No.1980 of 2025(2) dt.06-02-2025 2/2 directed to file a detailed representation before the respondent nos. 7 and 9 along with all supporting documents within a period of one month and the respondent nos.7 and 9 are well advised to consider the case of the petitioners after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through their counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within two months thereafter.

4. It is made clear that respondent nos.7 and 9 shall be solely liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
