2. The present application has been filed:
for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions
Patna High Court CWJC No.10149 of 2016(10) dt.28-04-2025 2/2 for Commanding the respondents to enforce the order dated 28.06.2013 passed in Land dispute Execution case no. 02/12-13 & order dated 17.02.2012 passed in case no.70/11-12 (Land Dispute) whereby the respondent no.5 & 6 were requested to make suitable arrangement within thirties day to ensure implementation of aforesaid order and grant any other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner is legally entitled.
3. At the outset, learned counsel representing the respondent nos. 11 and 12 has pointed to the counter affidavit, especially, paragraph 4 to show that a title suit no. 167 of 2007 is pending before the Court of learned Sub Judge-II, Sasaram relating to the same disputed land which has not come in the averments made by the petitioner in the writ petition.
4. Confronted with that, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be pursuing the legal remedy before the said Title Court.
5. Granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
