Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307/34, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation of causing fatal injury by firearm is against co-accused Bindu Paswan. The petitioner is member of the unlawful assembly. He is in custody since 30.08.2017. Investigation is already compete. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in
