The petitioner seeks bail in Sugauli P.S. Case No. 337 of 2014 registered under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and one Munna Alam were apprehended with some bundle of clothes Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is nothing on record that the clothes were stolen one. Coaccused Munna Alam has already been enlarged on bail vide Cri. Misc. No. 384 of 2015. Case of the petitioner stand on the same footing and the petitioner is in jail since 12.09.2014. Considering the aforesaid facts and

No.5353 of 2015 (2) dt.09-02-2015 2/2 circumstances, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in Sugauli P.S.
