This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 12.06.2019 passed by learned A.C.J.M.- V, Rosera in connection with Singhiya P.S. Case No. 09 of 2017 whereby learned Magistrate has taken cognizance under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application to raise all the grounds at the time of framing of charge.

This application is permitted to be withdrawn.
