Heard Mr. Satya Prakash Parashar, learned Counsel, appearing for the petitioner, and Mr. Choubey Jawahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the State. Considering the fact that on completion of investigation charge-sheet has already been submitted against the accused petitioner and there is nothing on record to show that the accused-petitioner will not be available for trial, it is hereby, in

No.7127 of 2015 (2) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 the interest of justice, directed that the accused above-named shall be released on bail of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties, each of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-1, Jamui, in connection with Sessions Trial No.235 of 2014, arising out of Chakai Police Station Case No. 43 of 2014.
