The petitioners seek bail in a case under Section 307 and other Sections of the IPC.

Prahalad Singh is the informant who named the petitioner and other accused persons and alleged that the accused persons assaulted his son Dhiraj Kumar and when he went to save his son, the accused persons also assaulted him. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner. Prahalad Singh got one injury and his son did not get any injury. One injury found on the head of the informant is opined to be grievous but who is author of the injury, is not mentioned in the F.I.R. Considering the fact that there is omnibus and general allegation and only one injury was found to be grievous, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7619 of 2015 (2) dt.02-03-2015 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Mufassil (Singhoul) P.S.Case No.379 of 2014.
