JUSTICE JITENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-12-2025 The present writ petition has been preferred by the petitioners for quashing of FIR bearing Brahmpur P.S Case No.281 of 2017 arising out of Complaint Case No.2497 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 498(A), 406, 327, 354, 354(B), 376, 511, 342, 324, 306, 120(B) and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 / 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

2. However, as per report from the Court below in the said FIR, investigation is complete and charge-sheet has been submitted and even cognizance has been taken and the case is at

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.349 of 2018(6) dt.08-12-2025 2/2 the stage of framing of charge.

3. Hence, after some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner is seeking withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to raise objection during the hearing on the point of framing of charge.

4. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioner to raise objection during hearing on the point of charge.
