ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 28-08-2015 The Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to the Opposite Party No.2 by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Lakhisarai, in Lakhisarai Kawaiya P.S. Case No.244 of 2006 on the ground that he has been repeatedly misusing the privilege of bail by not appearing in the Court below.

Considering the entire aspects of the matter, the application is disposed off with direction to the Court below to ensure that the Charges are framed on the next date. If the Opposite Party No.2 despite notice to him through his counsel does not appear physically on the next, his bail bond shall stand cancelled.
