The petitioners seek bail in Madhuban P.S. Case No. 144/2018, instituted for offence under Section(s) 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence father-in-law of informant was sitting at the place of Durga Jee at Pundar. In the meantime, these petitioners along with other accused persons arrived there and assaulted the father-in-law of informant after putting Gamchha around his neck. Subsequently, father-in-law of informant died. Post-mortem report of father-in-law of informant is annexed as Annexure-2, which shows that father-in-law of

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioner no. 1 lady. There is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners.

Petitioners are in custody since 04.09.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 4th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 144/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioners.
