2. The present contempt application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking compliance of order dated 3010-2024 passed in CWJC No. 16624 of 2024.

3. From perusal of the order dated 01-03-2025 passed

Patna High Court MJC No.80 of 2025(4) dt.19-03-2025 2/2 by the Circle Officer, Makhdumpur, it appears that the order dated 30-10-2024 passed in CWJC No. 16624 of 2024 has already been complied with.

4. Accordingly, the present contempt proceeding is dropped. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved with the order passed by the C.O. Makhdumpur, he is at liberty to approach the concerned authority.
