Mr.Nand Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 08-02-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 296/2018, instituted for offences under Section(s) 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that on getting information that petitioner is keeping stolen motorcycle in his house, police raided the house of petitioner and recovered one black colour Hero Passion Pro Motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no claimant of the aforesaid motorcycle till date. No case has been lodged by anybody claiming the aforesaid motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has mentioned in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4539 of 2019(2) dt.08-02-2019 2/2 para 6 of bail petition that petitioner had purchased aforesaid motorcycle for Rs. 20,000/- as second hand.

Petitioner is in custody since 20.09.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District & Sessions Judge, Siwan in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 296/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) rakhi/- U T
