ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 07-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 21.1.2015 passed in Criminal (Juvenile) Appeal No. 107 of 2014 by the Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra, by which he has affirmed the order dated 13.11.2014 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, in Trial No. 1401 of 2014.
It appears from the report of the Juvenile Justice Board, Saran at Chapra, that the case is at the stage of explaining substance of accusation and the next date is 10.4.2015. Evidently, the case is ready for disposal.
In such circumstances, in the facts of the case, I am not inclined to revise the order dated 21.1.2015 passed in Criminal
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.119 of 2015 dt.07-05-2015 2/2 (Juvenile) Appeal No. 107 of 2014 by the Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra.
The application stands dismissed.
