However, learned A.C. to SC-16 appearing on behalf of the respondents is present. By referring to the averments made in the counteraffidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no. 6 and 7 particularly paragraph-33, it is submitted that all the genuine grievances of the petitioner have already been redressed in the year 2006-2007 itself.
In above view of the matter, particularly in view of the averments made in the counter-affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no. 6 and 7, which have not been controverted by the petitioner by filing any rejoinder affidavit, the present writ petition is dismissed as it has become infructuous.
