JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It appears that except confessional statement and criminal antecedent there is nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, having similar allegation co-accused Chunnu Shahi has already granted privilege of bail by this Court. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S.Case No. 697 of 2014.
