Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 366/34 of the IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner, while refuting the allegation, submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It has further been submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the informant opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that the as per statement of victim recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C., specific allegation is against the present petitioner.

In view of the nature of allegation against the petitioner that he forcibly lifted her in the vehicle and the fact that the statement of victim recorded
