Criminal Miscellaneous No.5711 of 2015 Arising Out of PS.Case No. -299 Year- 2013 Thana -KHARAGPUR District- MUNGER ======================================================

1. Manoj Yadav son of Sri Dhaneshwar Yadav resident of village - Bari Madhuban, P.S. - Haveli Kharagpur, District - Munger. .... .... Petitioner/s

Versus

1. The State of Bihar.

.... .... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== Appearance :

For the Petitioner/s : Ms. Anju Kumari @ Anju Narain, Advocate For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Anish Chandra, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 19-08-2015 Perused the explanation of the A.S.O., Criminal Section. He is directed to be more careful in future to avoid unnecessary communications, which causes bitterness. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Kharagpur P.S. case No.299 of 2013 instituted for the offence under Sections 25(1-AA), (1AAA), 26(2)/35 of the Arms Act and Sections 16, 18, 20, 23 of the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger.

Considering that the matter is now pending for supply of police papers and commitment, I see no reason for reviewing the earlier order refusing bail to the petitioner. Prayer for bail is once again rejected.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5711 of 2015 (5) dt.19-08-2015 2/2 The Trial Court is directed to expedite the case expeditiously, for which reason he shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for each witnesses for their examination along with a copy of this order to the S.P., Munger, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in the trial.
