The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. 1589 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after 22 years of marriage. His wife lodged this complaint case making allegation of demand of dowry and torture.

It appears from the content of the complaint petition that the complainant has got son and after 22 years of marriage with the petitioner she filed the complaint case making allegation of demand of dowry and torture.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5502 of 2015 (2) dt.10-02-2015 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Katihar in connection with Complaint Case No. 1589 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
