The petitioner seeks bail in Vibhutipur P.S. Case No. 29 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 30(a), 30(c) and 30(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

45 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from the courtyard of house of this petitioner. It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner and he has got no concern with the seized liquor. Petitioner is in custody since 27.08.2021 having no criminal antecedent, as stated in para 3 of the petition. Investigation is complete.
