JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bidupur P. S. Case No. 441 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 384, 386, 307, 341, 504 and 506/34 of IPC.

There is allegation of demand of one lakh rupees by other accused persons and there is also allegation of firing, causing injury on the hand of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he was only there to pacify the matter in this case.
